What the agent loads every session, what it remembers, the threads it tracks, its concept articles, and the health of the compile pipeline.

Context
Everything loaded at the start of every session, with a check that each file resolves and its size. The files are the bridge, the manual, the identity stack, the indexes, and the task dashboard. A bar breaks the total down by kind: instructions, identity, knowledge, tasks. Below it:
- Path-scoped rules, each with the globs it applies to.
- Injected at SessionStart, the dynamic lane: today's date, the last session tail, recent git activity, and today's reports.
Watch the total: everything here is paid for on every turn.
Memory
- Daily memory: the last 14 days of daily notes.
- Learnings: the rules the agent synthesized from your corrections, which is how it self-corrects.
- Pending: the open loops it's tracking.
Threads
The active threads the agent keeps in hot memory, and the recent decisions with their dates, from knowledge/memory/index.md.
Concepts
The concept articles: cross-cutting patterns that span several projects, each with its one-line description from the knowledge index.
Pipeline
- Compile pipeline: how many captured session days are ingested, how many are pending, when it last compiled, the inbox waiting to be absorbed, and the running compile cost.
- Memory footprint: the size of the curated wiki, the memory index, the learnings count, the daily files, and the feedback log.
Lint
The last knowledge lint: errors, warnings, and suggestions, each issue listed, with a link to the full report. sync runs the lint and fixes what it safely can.
