Every note links to the notes it came from and the notes it informs. Concepts sit between the projects that share them, decisions point at the sessions that made them, and a correction lands next to the rule it changed. The links are the understanding; a folder of files is just where they live.
Capture
Nothing depends on anyone remembering to write things down. Hooks capture every session raw: the work, the decisions, the corrections. Commits, tasks, and dropped documents land in the same intake.
Compile
A compile pass turns raw capture into a structured wiki: company facets, cross-cutting concept articles, daily memory, and lessons distilled from feedback. Stale entries are pruned; the index stays small enough to load every session.
Serve
The brain is what the agent runs on. It plans and codes with full company context instead of a bare repo. Operators get briefings that cite yesterday’s actual events, and a dashboard renders it all in one file.
Feedback
